GNP Research runs clinical trials in South Florida, with a focus on reaching uninsured and underserved communities. The tricky part is that the site has three very different visitors: patients thinking about joining a trial, doctors referring them, and pharma sponsors sizing up GNP as a partner. None of them could feel like an afterthought.

Right under the hero, I split people into three paths — patients, providers, sponsors — so nobody has to wade through content meant for someone else. Designed in Figma, built in Webflow. For patients, the open trials are a CMS collection with each condition described in plain English instead of medical jargon, and each one leads to a single sign-up form.

For sponsors, the numbers are front and centre — 500+ patients, 60+ partners, 80+ trials — backed by a wall of familiar logos like Novartis, Takeda, Amgen, and Merck. The patient testimonials are left in people's own words, including Spanish, which reflects who GNP actually works with. Sign-up forms show up at every point where someone might be ready to act.

One site handling three jobs without stepping on itself. A patient can go from "I have gout" to registered in a couple of clicks. A sponsor sees proof that GNP can fill a trial almost immediately. And the mission — reaching people the system usually misses — comes through as the point of the whole thing, not a line on the About page.
